Group exercise classes with an evidence based focus to help people limited by arthritis in the lower body to function at a higher level. This 6 week program includes educational discussions and exercises classes twice per week. You must have an assessment to determine eligibility for the exercise program prior to starting.

Your jaw goes through a lot every day, and it is often an area of the body that is overlooked, but it can cause very limiting symptoms. A physiotherapist can assess your TMJ to diagnose dysfunction, and help treat the area to alleviate symptoms.
