Jonah has been helping his hometown of Sudbury move and feel better since moving back to Northern Ontario in 2020. If pain or an injury are keeping you from doing something you love, Jonah is excited to help you conquer it and get your life back on track!

Professionally, Jonah focuses on helping his patients move and feel better using targeted exercises, hands on therapy, as well as dry needling. Jonah's method centers around finding the root cause of the problem, identifying what factors led to it, and making a strategy to ensure it doesn't come back again.
Since becoming a Physio, Jonah has completed further studies involving the use of needling techniques and acupuncture, manual therapy including spinal manipulation, concussion rehabilitation, as well as golf specific training through the Titleist Performance Institute aimed at golfers.
When he's not in the clinic, you can find Jonah out on the trails with his wife, or spending time with his young daughter and dogs. Jonah enjoys weightlifting, running, golfing, hiking, and doing pretty much anything outdoors with his friends and family
